How can I help the people of Ukraine? I’m sure many of us have been asking this question.
Here are some things you can do to help those still in the country and refugees from Ukraine.
I realise that not everyone has extra money they can donate, so I have also included actions you can take which don’t cost money.

How to support those still in Ukraine
Ukraine has a population of 44 million. Most are still trapped in the country, or have decided to stay to defend it or to help those who remain. Here are some ways you can help them.
🇺🇸 🇪🇺 Sunflower of Peace. This is a US-based charity, but you can also donate to them from the EU via PayPal (tried and tested!).
For those in the US, they also have a short Amazon wish-list of medical supplies. Got an Amazon gift card lying around your inbox? If you can afford to, why not use it to buy something from this list?
